Fermentation: Lacto - fermentation with Jocotes, apples and salt for 7 days. 

Notes: Ripe tropical fruits, caramel, balanced acidity and full body.

DOUBLE-FERM ANTIGUA

Farmer: Luis Minas

Producer: Luis Minas

Process: Natural

Fermentation: Ferment wet with beer yeast then pulled and fermented dry for 10 days. 

Notes: Bright tropical fruits, caramel, milk chocolate, bright acidity and full body.
