Expertly produced by small farmer Luis Minas in the Antigua region of Guatemala. This single-origin is a blend of bourbon, caturra, and catuai varietals, processed with a washed method and a inoculated fermentation with spent beer yeast to produce a complex and bright cup.
We pick up: ripe fruity notes, balanced by hints of chocolate with mid range acidity and full body.
