Expertly produced by small farmer Luis Minas in Antigua region of Guatemala. This single-origin is a blend of the bourbon, caturra, and catuai varietals, processed with a washed method and a lacto fermentation with Jocotes (wild plum) and apples to produce a complex and balanced cup.
We pick up: ripe stone fruit notes, hints of caramel, rich chocolate with mid range acidity and full body.
