Different types of fermentation can be used to help complete this step, at Tres Pasos we use varies types from wild fermentation to lacto-fermentation to get our coffee ready for processing. Cancellation Policy
To cancel and/or reschedule, you must contact us no later than 72hrs prior to you booking, we reserve the right to not allow a change request less than 72hr advance notice if there is not an available opening to accommodate the request. Under 72 hrs we will try to accommodate a change request if there is an opening, if there is not one available then a partial refund will be given.
